Which way do the co-ordinates run? Are the letters on the top or the side?

And why is the centre point H7? Shouldn't it be H8?

Trying to move my grid and worrying about what effect it will have on reachable squares.

Letters across the top, numbers down the side. If you go in to move your grid there's plenty of opportunity to look at how it affects your running area before confirming the move.

Getting battered by NDWDave, 0-66 :-( .Ran before lunch on Monday and ran out my square last night and also tonight.

Likely rest day tomorrow, so will have some work to do this weekend!. Slight bonus that my local parkrun is in my home square, shame it's a 3 lapper though.

So my garmin had a hairy and thought I was walking at 60kph at one point. Both my walk distances are utter nonsense (to and from work) (even though GPS said it was +/- 4m). However, the maps have come correct so I presume the WSW is correct. It's all very odd.
