No more running for me today because I’m tapering for my first proper race in two years. I have Leicester Half Marathon on Sunday. Really looking forward to it. 😁

There were a lot of available squares if I went off road and hilly and so I targeted them early on in my run. It had been wet overnight and was on and off rain. I was glad to get those 5 miles done as it was both hard work and challenging underfoot conditions. From there I knew roughly where to go for other close squares but the hilly offroad effort was really taking its toll on my legs and the rest of the run became a challenge. I hope the HM goes well. Other than parkrun I have had no races since Abingdon Marathon in October 2019 and I am not sure when my next race will be

Joophy Oct 2021 10:18pm, 25 Oct 2021 504 posts	0 Joophy I've not had a great day with WSW after I tried to sneak into round 2 of the multi with an 11am cycle. I stopped at the side of the road at 11:55 to upload, it went onto Fetcheveryone at 11:56, but then I was knocked out of the multi at 11:57 ☹ I started my watch back up and cycled home, uploaded the second part of my ride and started this week's 1v1 with a 71 square lead. However, I then merged to two parts of the ride together with the merge tool, and deleted the originals, which lost all my WSW points, either because the merged ride started in the morning, or it just wasn't checked for squares like the originals.
