Apols if this has been asked and answered ... if I move my grid, I understand that it is not fixed until the next exercise is logged.

But when does the reset clock start? I.e. the 7 days before you can recentre the grid?

If I move the grid on Wednesday evening, but don't log an activity until Thursday lunchtime, when can I move the grid again? The following Wednesday or the following Thursday?

And what if I tweak the location, maybe on Thursday morning?

Good question unsliced. I’d guess that the training triggers the lock in of seven days, no matter if you had tweaked the grid on the morning before or the day before. From experience, the 7 day lock is less than 7 days, as it’s released at midnight on the seventh day.

I moved my grid on Sunday but didn’t run until Monday so will let you know what happens with me
