Saturday's parkrun and most of yesterday's long run were off grid and there was no plan for last night's recovery stroll to turn into the cake hoovering exercise I discovered when I got home. As you suggest, I anticipate the new winning streak ending immediately

My bike is off the road and so no cycling miles and I dont have enough time to fit in walking. Based on the restrictions I have I start the week trying to be competitive and stick with it. But if I fall behind I will take the opportunity to run off grid. Yesterday I did an 11 mile run which was about 50/50 on/off grid and I thought I had done enough, but CA pipped me by one square. I wont log anything until tomorrow night, so you have a chance to build a lead
