Hi panad - forgive me if I take that 'I may not be very competitive this week' with a bit of a pinch of salt. Certainly looked like a competitive start yesterday and I know I'll be off grid for most of what I do on Friday.

By not competitive i mean that i have certain routes that are ‘work day’ routes and therefore the extra shifts mean i’ll be running more of those...as opposed to my ‘non work day’ routes where i go where i feel like on the trails (ie less time constrained so i can change my mind where i’m going without worrying)...

I'm being hammered by Jase already. He's already covered 90 squares with walking, running and biking. Don't think I'm going to be much competition with my one run a day.

I haven't any shifts booked tomorrow west moors so bike miles will be down, tho it's warming up so I may go swimming 🤣🤣🤣🤣

What is my best line of defence in a 1v1 where my opponent is a previous gridmaster and is able to go out for 2 long walks per day 7 days a week plus 4 runs as well? I'm limited to my lockdown once per day outside. Do I consolidate the squares I have already to make it more difficult for him to take them from me, or do I go for lots of different squares?
