No square bashing today or tomorrow. Today I was a grown up and did housework the a cardio/strength workout 💪 and tomorrow we’ll be away so while I’ll be running I’m off grid.
Feeling much better than Wednesday and I’m going to keep working on balance.

Was that last update your bike uploading after all, LG, or a morning run?
I had planned to bike up to rugby (which is wayyyyy out of grid here, though the routes there and back allow me to cover most of each side of the grid), but ended up running late and drove instead. I have a long bike planned tomorrow and a 'long' (8k... but it's long for me for now) run on Sunday, so it may well turn into a Monday morning nail biter...
