No shame in that McGoohan, I did exactly the same at the start of last week (although my dental appointment wasn't an emergency)
Vancouver Jogger in the 1v1 too, someone I've never beaten. This dodgy hamstring of mine is going to be under some pressure this week, I've been foam rollering the crap out of it the past two days.

I won last week, although it started definitely not in my favour... now up against another regular runner and cyclist... I really should dust off my bike and give it a go on the hills!! :/
