It's a cooking magazine, with occasional ill advised exercise features.
Almost any other running magazine is better: Men's (and presumably Women's?) Running, Trail Running, Athletics Weekly, The Beano... G

Awww, I do have to thank RW forums for first introducing me to the idea you could race all the the time! But the tri stuff all got a bit nasty I think. Had a look and its rubbish!

Women's Running is quite good. Haven't read (or visited) RW for years. It's strange how different online communities can be. This one is great - that one, not so much (in my opinion)

I am actually quite fond of the magazine - reading it some years back gave me the confidence to see myself as 'a runner' which marked quite a stage in my attitude to training and races, I found their Half Marathon training plans delivered good results for me and I quite enjoy some of the articles from time to time. Ask almost any question about running and you get a range of opinions from other runners and I think the magazine reflects that quite well.
