It works like this: 1) Garmin Express lives on your computer, and syncs with your watch, sending your data to the Garmin website. 2) Your authorisation gives Fetch the ability to communicate with the Garmin server, to receive copies of your runs as they happen. When you first connect, Garmin send us your last thirty days of activity. After that, it's as and when each run/ride happens. |

My Fetch training log is empty. I uploaded a run to GC earlier today, just now I just synced the watch. Maybe it needs an actual run upload to kick in? If so, I'll give it a go next run.

I can't see any files from Garmin for your user ID yet. Two things to look at: 1) Could you log into connect.garmin.com and click the little head icon on the far left, and go into Settings, and then Account Information. Scroll down, and you should see a section titled "Applications" - and you should see Fetch on the list of sites that have permission to read your data. Can you check that for me? Sometimes, Fetch is listed multiple times, which seems to confuse things. If that happens, we can try cleaning up and reconnecting. Let me know how you get on. 2) stick your arm out the window, and do a 0.01 mile run, then sync your watch. We'll see if that one goes through the whole chain. |

It syncs in less than a minute usually. I find the time it takes me to fire up a browser and go into Fetch, it's usually there already! I've got Garmin Connect on phone and the vivoactive connects to phone via Bluetooth, then uploads to connect.garmin.com etc. All happens before I can get from the changing rooms back to my desk! G

I love it - live support from the FetchMeister himself. Tell me where else you get that for a dollar? I don't see Mark Zuckerberg making my Facebook be less sh*t!! Go Fetch! G |
