They're surprisingly difficult to get hold of here - dutch sausages tend to be just meat, none of the herbs and sawdust that make a British banger so delicious Some places will do 'boerenworst' though (farmers' sausages), which do have some herbs in, and many of the veggie sausage substitutes are also more flavourful than the standard dutch greasy offal tubes.

When in Scotland, we get lorne sausage from the local butchers. It's not as good from a supermarket, what a surprise!
