The cocktail sausages were rather “dark” having been cooked for a little too long. I now have some well done, cold sausages for lunch which I love 😀🐷🐷

The word they use for a natural birth translates literally as "self-powered". Oh YEAH go me! I am woman; hear me roar! (There was quite a lot of roaring with number 1 but they didn't write that in the notes.) Also feeling lucky that I live in a place where the midwifery service doesn't stop at birth: they don't discharge you till you have the basics of breastfeeding and then provide daily visits and an "on call" service for a week.
