ER, I always remember the first time my children watched flubber and the goo bouncing around the place, one for the future, I think mine were about 6 or 7 when they first saw it. They still howl at it (preteens now).

QP having a ‘conversation’ with the dog and saying ‘yes I know but we love her (me) really…very deep down’

I cannot remember the last time he told me he loved me. When I tell him I love him his response is always ‘well I am pretty awesome’

Running little madam's first junior parkrun with her this morning. At 5yo without any previous practice other than general craziness she did soooo well and wants to come back next week already ☺️

I asked my AI app (perplexity.ai) whether the USA does multi-level regression with post-stratification (MRP) polls like those in the recent UK elections. I misremembered the acronym as “MLP”. Here is the answer :
“The USA does not typically conduct official polls about My Little Pony (MLP). The search results do not provide any information about nationwide polls in the United States specifically focused on MLP viewership or fandom…”

Mrs D's mother spelling her name incorrectly in her birthday card (Mrs D not impressed)

The other year she sent me a brother-in-law card on my birthday and another time she signed herself "Nanny Margaret"

(Still, at least she remembers to send the cards and puts cash in them, I'm not complaining.)
