Just need to do some propping and cut the grass paths in the fruit and veg garden and the herb labyrinth... I still cannot believe it! I started this garden, bit by bit, in 2014 from a field by planting 5 fruit trees and a walnut and making 6 raised veg beds... Now the whole field is full of trees, shrubs, perennials, wild bits, 11 raised beds, 2 fruit cages... And over 100 trees, all producing food or medicine. I just cut my first fire wood crop!!! OK, wrong time of year but the 2 bird cherry and 1 alder coppice stools where shading out the bee hives and new herb plantings! It is stacked fir seasoning and the brash has bern turned into a "dead hedge" Beams

Jones asks Boris Johnson who wrote that. Knowing full well that he wrote this himself, about Labour, Johnson suggests the author might have been Cicero, or Aristotle, or Montesquieu. (Guardian)
