Unfortunately my GP has to write the prescription, so 10 days later I'm still waiting for it to grind through the system. Surely there must be a more efficient way?

I can barely make out, let alone understand, one word in three when some people speak because of their mumbling farmer dialect. Add digital compression and lack of other context queues and there is no way in hell this is an effective way to communicate with me.
