It's lunchtime - people aren't necessarily free, they're having lunch. Or off running. 2. I wasn't free anyway: I'd booked the time out (admittedly so I could do a run). Also... When that same person sends a revised booking altering the meeting for the next day with a note saying "Sorry about the change of date but I had to change it to accommodate everyone" 1. It's still &*^%ing lunchtime 2. Still not free, still booked out. 3. In fact I'm not even in that day at all, as my calendar will show. That makes this EVEN LESS CONVENIENT!
