It is no longer possible to email them, they don't accept requests that way, basically because no one ever looked at the emails. Called just after 15:05 and was 6th in the queue. I've been on hold for 14 minutes and have made it all the way up to 4th. So, they only have one person answering the phone and you can't email them... my eForm feedback I sent last Tuesday has not yet been responded to, so obviously no one is looking at these reqeusts either? Still, plenty of time, the license doesn't expire until Sept 1st.

They've logged it though, after initially not believing me that there was not a form for it. I have responded to the emails and forwarded the files they need. They automated response said there would be a 5 day delay in responding due to how busy they are. Rang again, just for a laugh, was 9th in the queue. I hung up.]
