I collected my wife from a hospital appointment much earlier than anticipated so we thought we’d go and have a nice coffee somewhere.
Having decided that, Sherry received a message that her new iPad was to be delivered today instead of tomorrow, so we went straight home only to find that we’d missed the delivery and could have gone for a coffee anyway 🙁

I parcel I was looking forward to from the USA is being sent back because PostNL didn't tell me there were holding it at a collection point rather than delivering it, and I didn't collect it in time.
Although I have chased it, and it seems to still be in the Netherlands, there is apparently no way to stop it being sent all the way back to the USA 😡

Cleaning the tiles in the bathroom I accidentally kicked the loo brush holder which fell over, spilling the inch or so of bleach in the bottom all over the floor. In my haste to get it mopped up I managed to drop my cleaning cloth down the toilet.

It's not so minor: I brought a nice cold bottle of wine up to have a few glasses while I'm the bath, but I forgot it's for a court rather than a screw top so now I'll have to get out of the bath to get a corkscrew 😭

My homegrown chillies were hotter than expected and I should probably only have added one, not two, into the curry.
At least I didn’t add the (optional) chilli powder as well.
