Out on a bike ride (on electric assisted bike) with my parents and still failed to get up a hill.
[I'm not used to electric bikes and forgot to change down gear soon enough so couldn't continue peddling fast enough for the power assist to work. Went back to the bottom and succeeded on attempt 2 after changing down gears]

A disaster averted: tomorrow I'm doing a race which I've done umpteen times before. It's always started at 11am in previous years.
Luckily I've just glanced at the 'Race details' email and saw that tomorrow, it's starting at 10am
