In the middle of an online training session, just took a bite out of a banana which is far less ripe than it looks. It tastes awful. Luckily my camera is off at this point so nobody saw me spit it into my mug.

awaiting a call back from the rheumatology department - for some reason my mobile went straight to answerphone. They will try again at some point tomorrow (and hopefully won't call during the only meeting that I've got tomorrow). Grrr!

A morning spent working in the garden. I decided it was time to remove an old 'rustic arch' which has rotted at the bottom of one support, but which was still heavy. I thought to myself 'I'd better be careful as the cross beam could swing round and hit me on the head'.

Can you guess what happened next? ;-)

Nice bruise and lump :-(
