Mary's Prayer is one of my all time favourite songs (went to see DW a couple of times as a teenager), but only realised once I'd finished watching the film for the first time last night - no wonder I loved "Drive it like you stole it" as a song!

[Wobbling - This brace thing intrigued me. I thought it meant pair/two of something and still do. I cant see anywhere that a brace of birds is defined as "two birds, one being female and the other male" - what was your source]

[BBC recipe section TM. I presume you get more meat on one gender of bird and less on the other, so having two in the brace ensures someone doesn't get all the plumpness while someone else is looking at a pile of scorched bones]
