Woffy Sep 2013 11:24am, 17 Sep 2013 5,370 posts	0 Woffy That the reason why the new improved travel planner at work has made savings over the old system is because of what is wonderfully named 'visible guilt', in other words if people can see the cheaper versions in front of them instead of discussing over the phone then they are more likely to choose the cheaper option. This is my new favourite work phrase, 'visible guilt'
