Fireworks every night since Friday on a large scale! Last night at track we had smoke billowing over us at one point!

What - easy lunchtime miles, coaching village group later Why - recovery, routine last rest - 14/09 last hard - yesterday : club set of 5 x1 k off 200 easy plus 3 w/u & 2 c/d taking it to just over 10 for the day. Felt reasonably happy with that even though some coldy type gunk is still lingering

We're very lucky to live in the middle of nowhere with few neighbours [mostly farmers who wouldn't waste their money on fireworks, not when they've got a stack of tyres and a half-gallon of red..... ] Lyrics: Oh yes.
