@Derby Tup I'm hoping it's quiet tonight as I need to support our beginners tonight which means leaving the dog for maybe half an hour. Fireworks every night since Friday on a large scale! Last night at track we had smoke billowing over us at one point!

@Autumnleaves same here. I’m having to take ours out away from the house for his bedtime wee because he won’t go out the house. It involves carrying him to the car

What: 60ish minutes easy.
Why: It's what I fancy doing today.
Last hard: Long enough ago for my Garmin to be telling me it's time I stopped pottering around and put in a bit of effort.

Morning All :)
Much as I love fireworks I do feel for the pets and owners that are badly affected. We're very lucky to live in the middle of nowhere with few neighbours [mostly farmers who wouldn't waste their money on fireworks, not when they've got a stack of tyres and a half-gallon of red..... ;) ]

Lyrics: Oh yes. Yes indeed! :) :)

What: An hour on my wattbike.
Why: Softly catchy monkey on the fitness front.

Last hard: (hardish) 22 Oct
Last rest: yesterday

It's the beginning of a long slow road back to health and fitness.
