To be honest , as I've got older I prefer the shorter stuff : he says having entered an April marathon. What - Just shy of 11 miles why - Medium long run last rest - 24/11 last hard - today really... lyric - yes

Except I don’t think I’ll do another marathon until I’m convinced I can do it 30’ faster than I did last time (and even then it will be ridiculous), and I’m not going for an ultra. @ElspethF, I had a few MRI with contrast, never had to have my blood done before. I hoped I’d light up in the dark, but the radiologists said I wouldn’t with that stuff. Shame. what: quick ‘time trial’ of 1M, with 0.5WU and CD why: garmin coach said so last hard: that was - saw my max HR Last rest: Friday Not sure what “room to grow” means in Garmin language, I just gave it my best mile in forever (never did a specific mile TT either, TBH) and I am well chuffed.
