Good luck everyone and good to hear everyone being sensible in whatever weather they have. I’m jealous of the snow, would love to play out in the snow with my boy but we just have wet and mist here.

I've also signed up to Route 66, but I'm logging walking/running to WCP and just cycling miles to Route 66, which feels like a bit of a cheat vs those who are doing it on foot, but it's an individual challenge I guess and I just need a bit of extra motivation to get on the bike at times....

I’ve not a chance of adding any miles today. Yesterday’s decent snowfall has now frozen into leather icy on the foot paths. I’ll have to walk to keep ahead in WSW but looks like I’m in the Newport Wetlands at least a day longer on the WCP

The only cycle I own has a reputation for being the heaviest folding cycle but it has a vintage look about it and I only ride it up to town and back when I don’t have time to walk 😂

Someone else suggested it's a style of French running 😂
