Treacle Jan 2021 9:13am, 11 Jan 2021 3,935 posts	0 Treacle I've just crossed the Severn bridge into wales and have trotted past where my godmother lives:-) Should have popped in for a cuppa Mileage is ropy at best at the moment because we seem to have had snow continuously since the beginning of Jan (on and off) and with the gym closed there isn't even the treadmill option. Grrr!! Hope all are OK this morning?

Treacle Jan 2021 5:31pm, 11 Jan 2021 3,938 posts	0 Treacle Yay for the 100 miles LGJ I've just done 5 miles, which is a long run for me on a Monday. Just felt good so kept going! Maybe it was the effect of having basically rested since Wednesday?
