Yeah, I did a search on Jack Monroe's page too, and thought this looked nice: cookingonabootstrap.com Bolognaise would be good, but requiring two pasta pans is a pain (one for me, and one for everyone else, because gf pasta is pricey.) What do you put in a stroganoff if not sour cream?
