Slice of toast with almond butter and apple, strawberries, blueberries with koko yoghurt and mixed seeds for breakfast. I did have a banana straight after gym this morning as well though. Lunch menu is avacado and chickpea sandwhich. Snacks are half a mango, 50g nuts and 2 squares of vegan chocolate (green and blacks dark chocolate for me) Last night I had the tempeh stir fry which I enjoyed but recipe said 2 tbsp of soysauce. I found it quite salty by the end of the meal. Does any e use a specific soy sauce or an alternative or did I just use too much?

early bird Jan 2020 1:54pm, 3 Jan 2020 12,574 posts	0 early bird The recipe I have used had oil and said to put tempeh and veg in pan with a tbsp of water with the lid on for 2-3 mins then remove and stir fry for five minutes adding the soy sauce so I followed it like a numpty I guess lol. I did think it looked a lot more than I would usually use but trusted the recipe. I'll go back to using my instincts AND the the recipe in future thanks 😊
