Lol, the cheating downhill mile has given me a 50s improvement on my mile time and about 11 points! Out of relegation zone and up the table. Just need to get a real marathon and then that might have me up a division! :-) G

I bounce up and down in the bike leagues weekly which wont change until the weather gets warmer and i get a ride in for the 3rd level.

Up from Division 20 to Division 19. Curiously, whereas I was level with BlueArmy before, I am now 3 points ahead.

You will be further ahead later in the week Neal when my 5 mile and 10k drop out and are replaced by slower times. An interesting few weeks having stayed in Division 21 for a while I would have been on for a triple promotion without the times dropping out.

Another week and another UTMOST relegation in which I immediately find myself in the bottom three in my new division. There must be so many new, fast players working their way up the divisions that there doesn't really seem to be much point in the time-based league for runners like me.

It's only a game and one I don't pay much attention to apart from when I get the Monday notifications, but there was a long spell when I was consistently in the same division with a chance of promotion if I put my mind and body to it.

Oh, I've just left the run league but stayed in the WAVA league. I didn't realise you could do that, I thought you were either in the game or not. Gripe solved :-)

I’m in a similar position Dio but getting a marathon time on the board has saved me from relegation this week. Who knows about next week :)

I've got a half in 4 weeks - my last half was a hilly affair, so I should pick up a good few mins improvement, which will get me a few points. And my 10 mile time is about to expire, so it should renew that too. :-) G

About This Thread

Start in the bottom division, and compete over seven different distances against your rivals for weekly promotion!

How It Works
1) The game takes your best times from training and racing over the last 12 months.

2) If you've got the fastest 5k in your division, you get 20 points. If you're second fastest, you get 19 points, etc.

3) Your FIVE best scores are used to calculate your total. So if your scores at each distance are 20,20,20,20,20,10,5 the lowest two are discarded, and your total points would be 100.

4) Promotion and relegation happen every Monday at midday.
