Ah, or will it - do intercalated/extrapolated/spiflicated results only get used if you don't have an actual race result?

If you input your race result you'll find out, but I'm pretty sure "the system" takes the best time whether it's interpolated or an actual race.

I think you're going to be disappointed, as your race last night is listed here on Fetch as 5.9miles, not 9.6km (which is 5.97mi), and so converts your approx. 43:30 to slower than your actual 5mile time.

It's moot now as last night's race managed to improve my 10K by 11 places *and* my 5 mile by 4.

Oh and re above question, it uses the best of real v's extrapolated as my 10 mile time is extrapolated from my HM which is faster, but I've got an official 10m race time from within the last 12 months.
