Tom1759 Oct 2016 8:54am, 18 Oct 2016 First-time poster!!	0 Tom1759 I think it updates scores at a set time. Could be scores don't update until the day after races. I had to wait some time after adding my parkrun this weekend, but I don't recall how long.

Mind you, I was demoted a couple of weeks ago due to that lack of running and was 5th in my new division. After the leaders got promoted, I somehow ended in top position and being Christmas no-one was racing, hence my promotion. I could see that I was going to be promoted so I thought it would be straight into one of the relegation places, but no, I'm 2 spots above them albeit by only 1 point. With the absence of any racing by most competitors I should be safe for one more week :-).

Start in the bottom division, and compete over seven different distances against your rivals for weekly promotion!

How It Works
1) The game takes your best times from training and racing over the last 12 months.

2) If you've got the fastest 5k in your division, you get 20 points. If you're second fastest, you get 19 points, etc.

3) Your FIVE best scores are used to calculate your total. So if your scores at each distance are 20,20,20,20,20,10,5 the lowest two are discarded, and your total points would be 100.

4) Promotion and relegation happen every Monday at midday.
