Yesterday (Sunday), I was 3rd from bottom, in a relegation spot. Today (Monday), I'm still in the same division, still 3rd from bottom, but no longer in a relegation spot! Perhaps someone dropped out?

Has one of your race times fallen off the back of the 12 months?

I haven't run at all since August last year. As far as I can remember, I haven't been relegated more than twice since then.

I'm in a similar situation CharlieP, no racing for 7 months but still with 3 relegations and one promotion (!?). Currently, I'm top of my new division after a relegation - and I've still not raced :-o!

After the previous week's relegation, I've been promoted - thankfully not straight into another relegation spot :-). My first races for 7 months made no difference to my timings, so I'll have to see what the forthcoming races will bring.
