Its the difference between your fastest & slowest pace. The higher the score, the more level your pace. A treadmill is perfect as it's always constant, apart from start & finish. Jump on at the required pace, and of before slowing it down, you'll get 100%

I'm usually getting somewhere in the 80s for my pacing score - but as I run-walk I'm quite happy with that.
Anyone know the shortest distance I can do to trigger a score?
