Rosehip
When you were running well you were also considerably younger than I am now ;)

How are you doing now? getting any miles in?

That would be good Rosehip but do it as a training run not a race.

If you can do less laps on the looped run again as training it would be perfect.

Fragile Do Not Bend
Well, I would never have thought of stock cubes as something for the kit list, might be tastier than salt tabs.

I just read that on FB, I'm not sure I could manage that, but easy to carry & light. Maybe I need to try it.

That's my club mate Anna! She's pretty amazing. What an FKT - 17 hours off the record! :-) G

To be fair, the person who recommended it to her was Lucy Colquhon - no slouch she either (West Highland Way record holder since 2007 - never yet broken). :-) G

Ohhh how exciting it makes it all the more inspiring when it’s not a professional runner - not taking anything away from a pro it’s all down to hard work, but when that hard work is on top of a job, raising small children it’s mind blowing.

She is a *bit* special - Deadwater 2017 55 hours and so on. But yeah, mum of 2 under 2ish and has a job and everything. :-) G

And a lovely person to boot :)

However I'd never have stock cubes or salt tabs on my kit list in the first place ;-)
