When you were running well you were also considerably younger than I am now How are you doing now? getting any miles in? |

That would be good Rosehip but do it as a training run not a race. If you can do less laps on the looped run again as training it would be perfect. |

To be fair, the person who recommended it to her was Lucy Colquhon - no slouch she either (West Highland Way record holder since 2007 - never yet broken). G

Ohhh how exciting it makes it all the more inspiring when it’s not a professional runner - not taking anything away from a pro it’s all down to hard work, but when that hard work is on top of a job, raising small children it’s mind blowing.
