Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I’ve ran a few times with Nathan Flear who is currently in 37th. He won’t know me, but I’ve done a couple of marathons with him, including Sofia marathon. Well, I’m say ‘ran with’, but obviously I’m well behind, but he did one marathon I remember as a training run and he was really friendly and explaining his ambitions of getting into the GB team.

319.621 km = 198.60 miles ( 7:15 min/mile ) :-o :-o

Would have needed 7:12 min/mile to get to 200 miles

Sorokin is incredible, pacing hardly seemed to alter throughout and he looked like he was in total control. I wouldn't say the quickest of courses so reckon we'll see a 200 mile from him at some point

The 7 valleys is tempting, but they miss out the interesting bit of the 13.

Think I’ve already overdone event entries for next year too

Very tempting route.

Not sure who Great Run are: never come across them before? The general tone of their site doesn't give me the feeling of confidence in them putting on an event like this, but can't put my finger on exactly what's niggling at me.
