Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Congrats to EdJ and RunHammyRun, I'd much rather me running a canal race than the utmb personally!

Well done Dave, Hammy & Ed. Great work all of you

The mountains rather than the canals any day (today's run was 5 miles shuffling along the canal 🤣)

Thanks all. I'm not necessarily a massive canal fan - but having done GUCR and KACR in previous years, this helped to complete the set, and it fitted with other plans this year. And the scenery was amazing (in places...)

Top work from RunHammyRun - although there was a rumour at one of the checkpoints that he might have done a bit of aquathlon as well...

For anyone wanting to do some dot watching with their breakfast, Sarah Perry is closing in on winning the King Offa's Dyke Race and a ladies' course record:

^ I saw finish video on Richards BM facebook page, she looked incredibly fresh for just finishing 180miles. Amazing performance.
