Sucks AC.. we think that might be what we had in November - The Cough is still about, particularly on bad hayfever days.
Good FTP increase there on the previous page.
Morning off to do a long bike ride. Bike still at bike shop, so I'll be running randomly about and then to the bike shop to get it; long ride tomorrow.

Be interesting to do again in 6 weeks on same kit
My ftp is similar to what it was back in 2010 - on the one hand its disappointing but I'm 54 this year so maybe not so bad
