FTP 240! Ramp test on Rouvy! not sure how accurate but was 185ish 3 months ago on a different bike (exercise bike with FTP option and said retake test after).

Yep. Shit week from hell continues to spiral rapidly to plumb Faustian depths. I haven’t slept properly since last Friday; last night was probably the best in that I did eventually get 3ish hours uninterrupted between 0300 and 0600, when I choke/coughed myself awake. Dismal doesn’t begin to describe my mood. |
