It's lonely and sunny and 20 of your newfangled metric degrees or there now, though. Gym last night, exceptional Tuesday rugby tonight because Thursday is hemelvaartsdag, innit. Double gym tomorrow, unless we're going to Amsterdam to have dinner with him outdoors's mum.

I mean to blog but spent most of the rest of the day very lazily and today work has been mad. In my only pause I have been fighting the new online DBS check process with British Tri. You'd almost think they didn't want you to volunteer to coach ... Weather is flipping glorious.
