I'm debating going to the gym before doing the refereeing thing. It might be an excessive amount of activity for one day, particularly as I'll be biking up to town so I can have some post match biertjes, but how what an I going to get super buff?

Raemondo 12 May 8:42am, 12 May 2024 11,777 posts	0 Raemondo I've got this weird sinus thing that is sometimes agonizing and sometimes fine 🤷🏼‍♂️ Usually some decongestant nose dissolving spray stuff and paracetamol sorts it out when it's being a pain, and I've got a GP appointment tomorrow to see if they've got any ideas for a more long term solution.
