Fun bike session IRL yesterday round a go kart track. Actually rode in formation drifting and all sorts. And intervals. Top stuff.

No sportsing to report here yet today, but I do have breaking lanyard news!

I have an interview for a promotion at the end of the month. It would essentially make my pay and job title match what I'm mostly currently doing, and mean I didn't have to get bogged down in the more tedious team admin stuff, which crushes my soul, any more.

The hiring manager is my current line manager, who is fabulous, so hopefully that will help with the nerves on the day, though it does mean I can't turn to her for help preparing as I might otherwise.

I have already bought a new suit.
