Morning. Suddenly got a busy couple of days getting “non-essential” stuff done before we get unfairly locked down again on Friday.

There’s nothing better than living with a government that can’t even follow their own rules.

I wouldn’t mind but we haven’t hit the levels the government published and yet we’re still getting moved up a tier, as a precaution. Meanwhile, a mere 2½ miles up the road, the Shire hasn’t been touched.

Angus in the nicest way it is nice to hear that Sturgeon is not perfect. She is getting a lot of good press for her handling of Covid from down here.

11 miles run on tired legs, last night was a rude wake up call to training.

I lioned, properly busted up after yesterday. For the TPers a 200 TSS day, 2 hard bikes a run and strength/core.

Tuesday is properly nasty.
