Good morning fine triathletes of Fetchland, thought it was about time for periodic pop in to the hotel.

I been swimming this morning, lane choice was a bugger- 2 in slow lane, two in medium lane ( my usual haunt) empty fast lane. Obviously, given the requirement for social distancing and aw that I had to have the fast lane. Always happy to move over actual fast people arrive, but no I was soon joined by board short wearing dude who proceeded to get in at the wrong end and breast stroke up the wrong way-pah!

Anyhoo, big week set done with coach stealing 15s off my all out 50s cycle and no harm coming to board short wearing young men

Just done 45 mins in the Pyrenees so yeah think I need to try harder

Garmin and sufferfest were well out today normally very close. Were at lunch but tonight it went mental!
