So interface is tweaked Fenix5 so instant user friendly happiness.

Tested the optical hr on my 6 mile run . Initial view of graph shows zero spikes, all data looks spot on. This was just jogging so gentle pace increase. Will I be brave enough to try intervals with it at some point? Watch this space.

Will do my long run on the optical tomorrow though and continue if it doesn't fail.

Run felt dire for first 2 miles due to still carry last nights food :-0
