Bike back on turbo for morning spin
Mailed gym and they will allow me to book a double swim session and stay in the pool to do long swims. Hoping to do a benchmark swim of 3.8km soon
Went to book swim for Friday next week and looks like morning swims are missing for half term 😮🤔🤬

I joined as I wanted to race EP , it was that simple.
I have never done a zwift workout and use it on my terms.
That said the simulated road conditions have really been good to mix things up.
Mallory has a cracking drag up to the top hair pin.
That is a good full gas effort.
Options around doing full laps and tts also make sense.

9 days out from Nationals and I am 71.x and lightest I have been this year.
Obviously I took a hit for yesterday's race in the AM as today my watch says I need 1 hour so must have needed around 24hrs
