Angus, the towpath to Dochgarroch and back is one of my go to routes a little bit more forgiving than the tarmac and it is flat, it does get a bit wet underfoot in places though.
My first TTT tonight but I'll have Coach Gobi in my ear making sure I'll get through it

Gobi Bike training Mallory last night I did 1m intervals (only 5 sorry) legs were OK but the last bit of each effort I sounded like a steam training breathing so hard Do I do more shorter intervals? Longer but not so hard intervals? Just keep training and breathing will improve? HR wasn't to high (for me)

LOL Last night I trained 6-6:20 ish and slept really badly not sure if it is endorphins but every time I train late I sleep badly I also don't use Zwift Gobi sorry

I use Sufferfest as their videos are workouts rather than virtual worlds I did a zwift trial and didn't like it
