I’ve avoided bibs so far because, not only am I short, I’m also short in the body so I imagine they’ll be too long in the body for me iyswim.

I've normally avoided bibs but saw some v cheap from planetx. Craft, unclip at the waist as Gobi says. £30. Craft come up a bit small in general I think so bought a size up and they are just right. Impressed after a handful of zwifts in them.
Morning. DIY, stressy work and early starts not been good for training this week. Coaching, DIY, running this weekend. And sleeeeeeeep.

MA - new Gore shorts arrive yesterday (amazon prime deal) and they feel good fit wise, going to try them out tomorrow
Vanity for me today, I feel the need to lift heavy things, then do a longer bike tomorrow.
Physically and mentally exhausted, can't wait for half term

Really tired. Not teaching/ education tired as that is (as fraggle will confirm) a special kind of whole body and mind exhaustion
A few times this week I’ve started to fall asleep at lunchtime and last night and I was in bed for 10 hrs last night 😮 I’m guessing it’s post marathon
So walking everywhere today but no proper training
Bike tomorrow

I find bib tights/short a bit more comfy.
A two mile run and a short swim last night, I might do a ZA workout/ride today or something a little easier.

Evening All ~ bends knees ~
We have moved ourselves from Fort William to Comrie (because we’re tourists, innit). Highland Perthshire is glowing with the burnt colours of autumn and we cycled a gravel trail (achingly cool, so we are ) for 16 miles.
Happy days.
