Morning.
Wild swim off Felixstowe; proper raging seas although it was pleasantly warm with once in. 1 mile took 53 minutes; it was splendid if slightly deranged fun.
Runnage and Zwattage loom like large looming things.

HIIT session via zoom with rugby ladies. Somehow I am not actually dead.
Now I will lie on the floor of the shower and contemplate the life choices that have led me here.

Morning All Mad swimmage TRO, excellent donuting Gobi and great not dying Raemond. Have you got up off the shower floor yet?
I yoga'd then zwifted. A group ride that the ride leader didn't seem to have an understanding of what leading was. If you're telling people to ease off on the climb so others can get back on, then putting your foot down and zooming along probably not a good example. It was, therefore, not the easy ride as anticipated but good practice at doing a longer effort (I got distracted a couple of times and lost the group - as well documented here).

Well zwifted!
I actually didn't dare sit down in case I couldn't get up again, but I do feel much better for being clean, and having some breakfast.
It's weird being in the city and seeing real actual people. This weekend is turning into a non stop socialisation fest, I'll be quite exhausted by the time I get home.
