I gardened and watched my Young Lad as he made his way around the MegaPretzel in Watopia (well, I popped in and out with support and food/drinks, he was cycling for 4½ hours).

Morning Athletes!!

Started out on Zwift with the Montvelo Meetup, but I got dropped again (pissed off with Zwift issuing updates on a Friday/Saturday and my iPad not getting them until the following week some time - reckon its not helping with these Sunday runs). So anyway, as luck would have it, the inspirational MrsC was heading out for a RWBR and offered to take me with her. heart heart

So now I'm wet, wind-blown and ridiculously happy :)

Morning. Emergency plumbing repair has gobbled up the morning but now the Zwatter looms.

Trajectory this month shows a smaller wanger than the last two; oddly disappointing even though it will top 100 hours unless I do cock all for the next 3 days.

AA couple of Zwift routes ticked off this morning.
Dedicated PC set up in garage so hopefully less faffing finding stuff before Zwifting. It's old and spare so it ain't the quickest but I guess we have that in common!
