Good news Rae.
There was rain here before I got up. It wasn't so warm for my run, but very humid.

AA. Hot.
Melty TTT last night. Good solid teamwork going on, we even overtook people Unfortunately one misbehaving turbo meant we slowed up in the last 1/3, tbh I was glad to see the line and stop to water the garden / me. Despite promises of storms and cooling down it's yukky muggy here. And yet I'm considering a short Zwift after work...

Interesting email/video from RD of Castle Howard Tri arrived today. Is now 80% likely that it will go ahead w/e of 25/26th July An actual, proper (well nearly), in real life triathlon. Am quite excited. Confirmation hopefully end of next week.
