Good 77km ride outside, managed to visit one of my fav café stops for the first time in 2 months. Very pleasing.

Fleh.
I need to get another 7k in this evening, ideally a bit more even, to be on track to finish this Centurion marathon thing tomorrow when Sam's finishing his ultra thing.
It's starting to cool off nicely, at least, and if I stick to the roads it shouldn't be too bitey and buggy out there.

I only managed 5.3, so relatively round 8 left for tomorrow.
I'm on call incase Sam needs rescue, so no booze and probably an early night should mean I'm feeling much more energetic for the finale.

Morning all

Met MsG on Zwift today then ZWIFT crashed in my race, it did this after the last update AS WELL!!!!!

Annoyed as was my best longer race performance to date, PB on Epic an Radio mast before hitting the alpe where I had climbed to 12th overall and at bend 16 was within 5 seconds of my PB for the alpe. 90 mins in and had just done 10 mins at 329 watts and I felt GOOD !!!!!!

There was shouting !!
